Group Train-Gain Weight Management Workshop
If you would prefer to work in a fun, relaxed, informal, sociable environment then these group sessions are ideal!
The day will explore, discuss and share ideas around the subject of weight loss, weight gain, or weight maintenance and then plan and begin each person's journey.
Subsequent optional weight management package: 4 week weight management coaching / personal fitness training, to include 1½ hour one to one session per week, 2 body composition analysis and regular telephone or email support. Additional personal fitness training sessions available to suit you!
One to One Train-Gain Weight Management Workshop
If you would prefer to work face to face in a relaxed, private, confidential environment, at a time to suit you then this is the option! The day will exclusively explore your goals, then plan and begin the journey to reach them.
Available 9.30am to 4.00pm, at a venue in Hatch Warren, Basingstoke, Hampshire

Online + Phone Train-Gain Weight Management Programme
This is ideal if you live or work away from the Basingstoke area or have a busy lifestyle. It could also be very suitable if you are deaf or housebound. The programme will be worked on at times to suit you and at your pace allowing flexibility to explore your goals, then plan and begin the journey to reach them.
