To achieve results action must be taken but without the right mindset and attitude results may not be achieved. The words “should”, “must” and “ought to” are not enough to lead to action. We all know that we “should” be exercising regularly, that we “ought” to lose a bit of weight or eat more healthily and we often tell ourselves why we “must”do these things but more often than not, we say these things and do nothing.
