Personal training with Sue allows individuals a private space to develop increases in physical strength, stamina, balance, and flexibility through using a variety of equipment and exercises.
Fitness goals are achieved by working at a level that is achievable whilst challenging. Sessions are fun and enjoyable and the emphasis is placed on the need to feel relaxed and positive, rather than stressed and negative. Individuals are supported by encouraging self awareness whilst exercising using coaching techniques. This leads to people feeling stronger, more empowered and motivated to achieve their goals.
One to one personal training sessions are available in a well-equipped private studio based in Basingstoke with:

Group Fitness Training
Sue is currently running fitness classes specialising in exercising with the swiss ball (fitball) in Hook and Basingstoke, Hampshire.
Hook
Classes in Hook are at Barcelo Health and Leisure Club, Basingstoke Country Hotel on Thursdays at 10am and are open members and non members.
Basingstoke
Classes in Basingstoke are at the Beechdown Health and Leisure Club on a Friday at 7pm and are open to members only.
